Dano’s Dill-Stacker Bloody Mary
A bold, tangy Bloody Mary built around dill stackers and Dano’s seasoning, from the warped minds of Tony Markin and Jim Baker.
Ingredients (1 drink)
- 2 oz vodka
- 4–6 oz Bloody Mary mix (Zing Zang, Mr & Mrs T, or homemade)
- 1–2 tsp Dano’s red-top
- 1–2 dill stacker pickle slices (plus splash of the juice)
- 1–2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce (optional)
- Black pepper (optional)
- Ice
Garnish Ideas
- Dill stacker spear
- Celery stalk
- Pickled green bean
- Lime wedge
Season rim of glass with Celery salt if desired
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add vodka.
- Add Bloody Mary mix.
- Add Dano’s seasoning and stir well to dissolve.
- Add a splash of dill-pickle juice (key for the tang).
- Add Worcestershire and hot sauce to taste.
- Stir, taste, and adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with dill stackers and your preferred toppings.
Optional “Chef’s Kiss” Version
Shake the drink (without ice) in a shaker to blend in the Dano’s, then pour over fresh ice. This smooths the spice and helps it bloom.
